James drove us with his sporty car to Manly via the Harbour Bridge (impressive). Manly is a very nice suburb in North Sydney. We checked out the beach and then had a couple of beers and a very good AU$10 steak in a pub. In the afternoon we walked 2h along the very nice Manly scenic walkway and then caught the ferry back to Circular Quay. We loved the view on the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House and the city centre from the ferry. Back in Bondi, James cooked us a very nice dinner. Later on he went with Nicky to a party but we opted for a cheaper option. We went to the top of a hill, 10min walk from James' place, from where you have a great view on the city centre, the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. A great spot to watch the fireworks without the crowd.
