We caught a flight very early in the morning, 6.20am, to go back to Sydney. From the airport to get to Jame's place in Bondi we caught the 400 bus to Bondi Junction and then a local bus to Bondi Beach. The 400 bus is the cheapest way to get to the airport as you pay the normal city bus fare, however the trip is long, at least an hour. Today was the Australia Day, a celebration to commemorate the day in 1788 when Captain Arthur Phillip, commander of the First Fleet of eleven convict ships from Great Britain and the first governor of New South Wales, arrived at Sydney Cove. There are many concerts, BBQ organised in cities around Australia. We decided to stay in Bondi and relaxed on Bondi Beach enjoying the great weather.
